London from a Double-Decker

We began our sightseeing in London with a Double-Decker bus tour. The "tourguide" was a recording which, though slightly impersonal, was preferable to a live tour guide in that it could be heard easily through the provided earphones. The day was cool and cloudy, but we enjoyed the sights nonetheless. We hope you do, too.
This sculpture was attached to a building we passed. I just thought it was neat.
Here's the view from the upper level of our double-decker tour bus.
Here's another veiw from the top of the bus.
This is Trafalgar square. We happened to be there the morning Brazil won the World Cup - can you tell?
The large imposing building here is Parliament. Appropriate, no? And I just love the London taxi cabs. They're gigantic inside!
